As You Wish did great work at my house, and I want to call out the people who made it such a good experience.

Daniel Brabant and Cody Lewis spent a full day installing new outlets around the house. They were careful with every hole they had to cut, handed me the cut-out pieces so I could patch them back in later, and even vacuumed and mopped my floors before they left. They were friendly the whole time and took the time to explain what they were doing.

Benjamin Hall came out to diagnose a problem with my Daikin mini split and found that its wiring had been installed incorrectly. He also cleaned the black mold out of both of my units, upstairs and downstairs. He was kind and walked me through how to clean and maintain them myself going forward.

They were professional, respectful of my home, and really helpful. I'd recommend As You Wish to anyone, and I'll be calling them again.

Ben Hall performed a fantastic service on our furnace and AC units. He was very professional and well versed on the tasks he performed. Keep up the great work!

David and Dylan from As You Wish implemented a full panel upgrade in our home. They were incredibly professional and kept us informed throughout the day as power was cut and then restored. Choosing a contractor is tough, but Kasey made this an incredibly easy decision. We received 5 different quotes & recommendations, and while the overall costs were comparable, the deciding factor for us was Kasey D. The work hasn't begun yet, but we had to give immediate kudos to Kasey. His patient, thoughtful explanation of our electrical issue, clear recommendations, and step-by-step breakdown of the work gave us complete confidence. Instead of just giving us a number, Kasey took the time to make sure we truly understood the process. We are looking to build a long-term relationship with one dedicated company that can service multiple properties for electrical, plumbing, heating and AC. Based on this stellar initial experience, we hope this is the beginning of a great multi-property partnership!

Great people and a the job was done with great care

Tyler was very professional and a knowledgeable plumber. He spent a good amount of time trying to snake the drain line. Even though he was not able to clear the drain during his initial visit, he secured a time to have a camera out to better understand what our overall issue is stemming from. He also did not charge because he could not clear the clog.

Ben Hall did a great job. Super polite and efficient. Explained everything clearly and did what we expected in the time he proposed it would take.

Great customer service! Everyone I've dealt with has been helpful, professional and classy. I really like their proactive communication style, that I get a name and picture of the person coming to my home, and that they all either take off their shoes or cover them when coming into my home.

I worked with Adam who initially diagnosed the issue. He was great, super chill and happy to explain his diagnostic process to me. Turns out my furnace was toast, so instead of fixing it, I opted to replace it. For that I worked with Daniel who was also knowledgeable and efficient. The installers were Ozzy and Obet. Both very professional and respectful of my space.

I hired AS YOU WISH electric, plumbing, heating & air to re-pipe my old house and I couldn't be happier with the results! I finally have good water pressure and hot water throughout my entire house. It's wonderful!
The plumbers, Mike Murphy and Kody, arrived on time and were very polite, professional and respectful of my home and property.
During the job, they accidentally nicked a wire. Rather than ignoring the situation or leaving it for me to deal with, they took the necessary precautions and made sure everything was safe before leaving. They also arranged an electrician to come out the next day. Eric and Manny, the electricians came out and repaired the wire. I was very impressed with how everyone handled the situation and work together to get it resolved
Another thing that impressed me happened while they were installing a new faucet in my main bathroom. The sink fell through the countertop during the insulation. Instead of simply putting it back in place and pretending nothing had happened, they were up front with me and insured me that they would reset the sink using the proper materials to make sure it was secure and sturdy so it wouldn't happen again.
What impressed me most was their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to make things right. No job goes perfectly every single time, but how a company handles unexpected problems says a lot about its character. AS YOU WISH showed me that they care about their customers and stand behind their work.

Jonathan was great, provide useful information on the condition of my house and was keeping a respectful volume while working on the electrical portion of my house.

First time using As You Wish for electrical needs, and the experience was nothing short of positive! From Kasey D. handling coordination to Daniel and Peter in the field, everything went seamlessly.
Daniel and Peter were prompt, professional, and skilled. They replaced my old two-prong outlets—no more adapters!—and two outdoor outlets, and upgraded a circuit from 30 to 40 amps. Efficient, detail-oriented, and excellent with communication throughout. I’ll definitely be reaching out to them for my next project.

Tyler did a great job coming out to address my clogged drain. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain each step of what he was doing, which I really appreciated. He also left the area clean when he was finished.

Incredible work done professionally and quickly by our team with As You Wish Electric! Devon, Ozzie, Peter, Obet and Carlos - thank you so much! We had an old furnace that smoked and sparked when we turned it on. They put in a whole new system with furnace, heat pump for A/C, surge protector for everything and even an EV charger in the garage in less than 2 days! We're especially grateful that they could get us in and get this turned around so fast since the colder weather is coming. Very clear communication, respectful of our space and they even have a really good deal for financing. Would highly recommend!

Devin is a very thorough and personable technician. He always had time to stop and answer questions along the way. He got along well with my curious senior dog, Blue, while he was working. He was also very patient explaining his process step-by-step with my elderly father and my mother whose second language is English. If you need your home re-wired I would recommend you personally ask for Devin and Michael. I didn’t speak to Michael as he was very focused on delivering high-quality work. I would re-hire both of them for future jobs.

I appreciate how they took the time to walk me through exactly what had happened, how they planned to correct the new battery installation, and answer several questions I had about the operation and maintenance of the generator. Update: Brett S. Inspected my AC and furnace today. He was very competent, professional, considerate, friendly and organized during his assessment of my HVAC system. He determined that the blower motor needed to be replaced and was very clear and considerate in his communication with me about the ordering process, and expected timeline for locating the replacement part. Brett was amazing to work with and I look forward to having my blower motor replaced. I highly recommend the AC/Furnace branch/department of As You Wish Electric.

Update: Alec E. came out today to inspect our generator. He was professional, highly competent, friendly, personable and did an amazing job. He made our week because our generator was not running before he came, and he made sure to get it up and running again during our appointment. Especially with the weather and anticipated power outages, I was relieved to have the generator working again. I am so appreciative that Alec drove out here in the snow and inclement weather for our appointment. I highly recommend Alec and As You Wish Electric for all generator maintenance needs. They are all amazing!

Update: Adrian came out today to clean all of the vents in the house including the dryer vent. He did an amazing job. He was very positive, competent, friendly and professional and he completed the work efficiently and thoroughly. He provided me with pictures afterwards of the before and after for each vent and I was amazed how well everything was cleaned. I highly recommend Adrian and As You Wish Electric.

Update: Shane C. came out today and reviewed the work of my 10kw Generac generator installation, as well as walked me through which circuits would be best to keep in an emergency power outage. I felt great after our conversation, and confident in my electrical circuit choices I made that were controlled by the generator electrical panel in the event of a power outage. Shane C. also fixed a broken outlet in one of the rooms in my home, and performed excellent service. He was friendly, personable, highly competent, and extremely knowledgeable, as well as patient and thorough while communicating and answering questions related to my generator and broken power outlet. I highly recommend Shane C. as well as other technical professionals from As You Wish Electric for future electrical and HVAC needs.

Mikhail, Stephen and Alejandro all did an amazing job today! Mikhail performed tune ups on my AC and furnace units. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Stephen and Alejandro completed the installation service for my generator, including programming the device and performing test runs today. Everything works perfectly and I am so happy! As You Wish came out to inspect a clog in my shower and went onto give my place a quick and thorough safety check. Tyler was informative, patient, and generous with his knowledge. I trust that he did a great job - and he graciously left our space better than he found it.

We did a complete rewire of our house from knob and tube wiring, installed recessed lights in the living room, kitchen and hallway, installed smart switches, replaced light fixtures, installed new outlets, relocated some outlets and installed under cabinet lighting. They (Corbin and Mike) minimized the holes and were neat about it as they left the perfect round discs that came from our ceiling and walls so that a drywall repair contractor could use them while patching the walls and ceiling. They also cleaned up afterwards.

Corbin and Mike were assigned to the job (as they are some of As You Wish's best) which took about a week. Corbin was the lead and Mike was his teammate in training. They both demonstrated grace, always had a smile and showed a confident can-do attitude every single interaction I had with them. Corbin is very meticulous providing many opportunities for walk throughs during the process, updating me on their progress and informing what was left to be done. I would consider Corbin the dream lead if you can get him and with Mike they're a dream team.

If ever you have the opportunity to hire As You Wish Electric, it will be the right decision! They were reasonably priced and honest in every step of the process. I had several bids on the project, some of whom said I needed a new control panel, but As You Wish Electric looked at our electrical panel and said we don't need to replace it and that it was fine and had plenty of room for expansion of circuits.

We had an EV Charger installed by another company and the technician failed to install all components of the charger I had purchased. This led me to reach out to As You Wish's Electrical Team - Jon who came out to quote and complete the missing component performed a thorough safety check of our electrical panel and found an issue that could have, over time, been a fire hazard to our home. I was a tad skeptical because, well, the guy who had just been there to install the charger in the first place didn't call this issue out - was this person just trying to upsell me? I did some quick googling and the issue was, in fact, a plausible hazard caused by a plausible error in work done by the team who had put in our solar panels a decade prior. With the help of another team member, Kasey, they provided me all the options for handling (or not) handling the issue. Within 48 hours, Daniel and Peter were at our home installing a new electrical panel. It didn't end there - the Seattle City Light inspector found some issues with the electrical we had done about 3 years back by an independent contractor that needed to be addressed so Kasey came back out to assess and quote the job and, within another day Devon and Manny were out to work on that! Turns out, it was not as straight forward as we thought so they did what they could and arranged to come back the next day to complete the project. Look, it's never fun as a homeowner to plan a simple home upgrade, only to find out you need comprehensive and expensive work done on your home that you weren't planning for - it sucks - but you don't mess around with electrical issues if you want your home to be safe. Not only were all these people well versed in the work they were doing, they came and worked in teams which was impressive. Devon and Manny were particularly nice to have working at our home - they were clear communicators, respectful of our home, and were empathetic when it came to all the bad news they were having to deliver. They worked really smart and efficiently to find the best solution for our issue - they were just really human about it all, which I appreciated. My bank account is much lighter but I'm not mad about it.

James was patient and explained my options for electrical panel power surge protector and fire protection. He also explained other services provided such as water heater. Initially I was only doing the power surge protector, but was good to learn about the fire protection and went with that as well.

Mikhail and Alex are super friendly and efficient. They wired and changed 8 smoke detectors very efficiently and cleanly.

Very easy to work and no 'man splaining' for my project. The techs have been friendly and efficient. Bought a new dryer and my 1959 outlet had to be changed for code and installed GFID outlets for the washer.

Jordan was a great tech. Made some minor adjustments to our garage disposal hookup, and only changed the diagnostic fee. I'll definitely be using this company again.

Damaged a wire that fed the washing machine outlet while doing some diy on a Sunday. Called as you wish on Sunday afternoon and they had me on the schedule for the next day. August 2026 Update: Jordan came out to handle replacement of an electric bathroom radiator/towel warmer and update our electrical panel with an expanded sub-panel. He explained the options and estimates, we made our choice, and he got to work the next day. We selected As You Wish based on their many positive reviews and because a contractor we used to remodel our bathrooms 10 years ago used them. Eric and David, the team assigned to our project, continue the history of excellence.
We needed to replace remaining knob & tube wiring in our house and generally upgrade outlets and lighting. Kasey, who did our initial inspection and estimate, prepared us for a 2-3 day project. Eric and David were prompt, professional, focused and personable. They work together seamlessly and finished the work in under two days, even though there were some surprises, as there so often can be with old houses and electrical work.
Home projects are intrusive by nature, but Kasey, Eric and David ensured as smooth a process as possible. Our home feels safer and more functional as a result of their excellent work. We will definitely reach out to them for future projects.

We had an inspection/cleaning of our heat pump today that was very inexpensive (I think a promo). All is well so now I’m not feeling as compelled to purchase a maintenance agreement ($165 annually) as long as I keep changing the filters and doing brief exterior cleaning. The HVAC expert was professional and in and out quickly. Just $29.

Benjamin Hall from As You Wish did a great job with our HVAC maintenance!

Not only did he go through the standard maintenance checks to ensure the furnace and AC were operating well, but Ben also was able to find the loose wire causing our system's fan-mode circulation to not work! The folks from the company that installed our AC a couple years ago checked but couldn't figure it out. The system was circulating when the AC or Heat was on, but the fan-only circulation not working was a bit of a mystery. We really appreciate Ben's attention to detail and customer care!

The HVAC person, Rich S., they sent was personable, engaging, thorough and answered all my questions. I asked him to do the HVAC on my mother’s home a couple of days away and their admin person was able to schedule it so that Rich will be the one coming over to do maintenance there as well. I will certainly think about calling your company again for HVAC purposes. I am looking to get some quotes on a possible switch from gas furnace to heat pump and possibly upgrade the electrical panel on my mother’s home just because of the good representation of your company/impression that HVAC Rich showed me today.

Devon did our electrical work. He was professional and personable and respectful. Just as you wish. 😊. Their was a minor problem discovered upon the inspection. It was handled quickly and in a manner that caused v little extra time and attention from me. Also want to commend Mike Murphy who installed a new gas water heater for us on the same day. He took extra care to ensure our unique job was done properly. Very hard working and professional.

Couldn’t be more satisfied with the work on relocating our washer/dryer. Great consultation and advice. The project design was improved with input from Jeff and the final result was a better idea. Vince and electrical crew also provided creative input and the overall result was great. Now we are doing laundry on the main floor instead of trekking to the basement! Yeah! Kudos to Kody and David too. They all made the experience enjoyable.

I received a marketing text for $29 tune up for each heat pump and furnace (AC and heat units) and I feel like roughly $60 for these systems was a very good value given how long the technician was here and how thorough he was.
I also finally remembered where this company got my phone number from - I had an electrical job done years ago as an aside from a hardscape job outdoors. I recall the electrical was also very skilled and professional for that also. I think I called them looking for him a year or more later!

I've been really happy with the help I've received from As You Wish. Today two guys, Manny, E. and Devon came to my house to install an EV Charger and a few other things. They were great. They worked fast, cleaned up beautifully and explained everything clearly. The gals that run the front desk are also very nice. As you Wish is very understanding of their customer's time so their appointments are worked out so that the customer is not waiting around. The job estimator, Shane was very easy going and helpful. I'm calling them back for additional projects. I highly recommend this company.

I received a text from As You Wish for an A/C Tune-up special that turned out to be so much more than expected. After setting up an appointment, Tessa from the office texted a confirmation along with a photo of my technician, Rich.
Rich was fantastic—on time, extremely knowledgeable, and highly communicative. Following his comprehensive inspection of my furnace and A/C, some serious issues were discovered. My 20-year-old furnace had a cracked heat exchanger, which Rich showed me via camera, and the 30-year-old A/C had lost its cooling efficiency, wasting a lot of energy. Rich spent nearly two hours on-site, all for the amazing special price of $29! He offered a free replacement estimate and had the office schedule it around my upcoming trip.[1]
Two weeks later, Dan Severt arrived promptly to take measurements and size the new systems. He provided a detailed estimate, explained my options, outlined the installation process, and covered financing. I decided to proceed using a GreenSky loan, which offered monthly payments with no early payoff penalty and no interest if paid in full within 18 months. Dan called the office to schedule the job and kickstarted the loan process. Shortly after, Tessa texted the installation details to begin the very next day.
Tessa sent another text to confirm the appointment with photos of the incoming technicians. The next morning, she notified me they were on their way and provided a tracking link to monitor their progress.
Technicians Obet and Cody arrived to begin the installation. As expected with a 40+ year-old home adapting to modern building codes and smart systems, a few issues popped up. The guys kept me informed at all times, explained my options, and executed clever workarounds. Dan even stopped by personally to evaluate the situation, answer questions, and offer advice. Soon after, a highly experienced Carlos arrived to assist with problem resolution. The team worked incredibly hard from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. to finish up for the electrician. They left the job site clean and hauled away the old units.
Meanwhile, Sarah back at the office handled the necessary permits and texted me that she had arranged the two required inspections—one for electrical work and the other for Snohomish County building code compliance. She let me know both entities would reach out directly to schedule.
I then received a text that the electrician, Fredo, would arrive early the next morning. He showed up right on time and finished the electrical work just as Benjamin arrived. Benjamin completed the final system checkout, testing, and startup, and demonstrated how to program the new smart thermostat. Everything worked perfectly.
Without exception, everyone involved was punctual, highly communicative, organized, and skilled. They were courteous, positive, and completely respectful of my property. This was, by far, one of the best experiences I've ever had with skilled labor! Kudos to As You Wish for employing quality people and using premier HVAC suppliers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to update or service their existing equipment.
Ordinarily, I would have sought multiple estimates for such a massive investment. I don't know how As You Wish compares to competitors on price, but I am glad I didn't look elsewhere. I might have gone with a cheaper option, but I know for sure I couldn't have found anyone better!

As You Wish were the only company to respond to our request for service (that we submitted the evening before) They were the only company able to come out same day .... within a few hours. We had lost power to half the house and suspected it was due to ageing sockets as all the breakers were intact. Ryan and Kasey, called us 30 minutes ahead of arriving - both clean, polite and professional. After some routine checks and tests they confirmed the issue and proposed a couple of solutions. They had sufficeint parts on board so we went with the big fix, they replaced 10 elctrical sockets / outlets, efficiently, offered to help move the furnitue back and took all the trash away with them. All completed in under 4 hours. We'll definitly calling them first, next time we have an issue. (Ive already stuck their card to my electrical panel) Thank you Kasey & Ryan - keep up the good work

I have an older home and got my knob and tube wiring updated a couple years ago from As You Wish, I was having intermittent flickering lights all over my house and I called As You Wish to address the issue, they put me on the schedule same day and Jon came out on time. He was very thorough as I told him I had 2 other electricians come for the same issue and it was still happening. He found the loose connection, fixed the issue AND waited for another technician to come out so he could explain what was going on so I could get a quote for a replacement in the future. Jon took the time to explain to me issue, he was respectful of my house, he really went above and beyond.
I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them since the first job a few years ago, they stand by their warranty, they schedule quickly, they are professional and offer finance options, I will always recommend As You Wish Electric.
