Update: Brett S. Inspected my AC and furnace today. He was very competent, professional, considerate and organized during his assessment of my HVAC system. He determined that the blower motor needed to be replaced and was very clear and considerate in his communication with me about the ordering process, and expected timeline for locating the replacement part. I highly recommend the AC/Furnace branch/department of As You Wish Electric.

Update: Alec E. came out today to inspect our generator. He was professional, highly competent, friendly, personable and did an amazing job. He made our week because our generator was not running before he came, and he made sure to get it up and running again during our appointment. Especially with the weather and anticipated power outages, I was relieved to have the generator working again. I am so appreciative that Alec drove out here in the snow and inclement weather for our appointment. I highly recommend Alec and As You Wish Electric for all generator maintenance needs. They are all amazing!

Update: Adrian came out today to clean all of the vents in the house including the dryer vent. He did an amazing job. He was very positive, competent, friendly and professional and he completed the work efficiently and thoroughly. He provided me with pictures afterwards of the before and after for each vent and I was amazed how well everything was cleaned. I highly recommend Adrian and As You Wish Electric.

Update: Shane C. came out today and reviewed the work of my 10kw Generac generator installation, as well as walked me through which circuits would be best to keep in an emergency power outage. I felt great after our conversation, and confident in my electrical circuit choices I made that were controlled by the generator electrical panel in the event of a power outage. Shane C. also fixed a broken outlet in one of the rooms in my home, and performed excellent service. He was friendly, personable, highly competent, and extremely knowledgeable, as well as patient and thorough while communicating and answering questions related to my generator and broken power outlet. I highly recommend Shane C. as well as other technical professionals from As You Wish Electric for future electrical and HVAC needs.

Mikhail, Stephen and Alejandro all did an amazing job today! Mikhail performed tune ups on my AC and furnace units. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Stephen and Alejandro completed the installation service for my generator, including programming the device and performing test runs today. Everything works perfectly and I am so happy! Everyone was extremely competent, professional, friendly, and conscientious and they all did an amazing job. I highly recommend As you Wish Electric and all three of these technicians!

Update: Benjamin cleaned our AC unit as well as replaced the tubing for our AC pump on Friday. He did a wonderful job. He was professional, personable, and very competent and I highly recommend As You Wish Electric for AC and furnace needs.

I noticed the lighting issue on a Saturday afternoon after a handyman flagged it. I contacted As You Wish Electric, and within an hour someone was texting me about it. On Monday they sent Kasey and James out. The fix turned out to be simple, not the wiring problem I was afraid of.

They also walked through the whole house with me and explained my 1960s wiring and breaker panel in plain English. They found a few outlets that need GFCI protection, which could have given someone a serious shock. While they were here, they caught a small leak in my water heater. If it had failed, it could have flooded my house. They scheduled a replacement for tomorrow at a fair price, and because I booked it, they didn't charge me for today's work. They also quoted me a mini split for the summer heat. I'm not doing it yet, but I'm considering it.

Thanks to Kasey and James. They were honest and took the time to explain everything. In three days they fixed what I called about and caught two safety problems I didn't know I had. They'll be my first call next time.

Update: Today Mike, Cody, Rob, and David came out to do the work. They swapped my water heater for a 50-gallon Bradford White with an expansion tank, seismic strapping, and proper grounding. They added GFCI outlets in the kitchen and basement bathroom, plus a weather-rated one with an outdoor cover at the front of the house. A living room outlet with reversed wiring, which was a shock hazard, got fixed. Four old breakers were replaced, and a whole-home surge protector went in at the panel. I'm happy with the quality, and it's all backed by their written guarantees, including a lifetime craftsmanship guarantee.

As You Wish installed a new furnace in my house. I very happy with the Daikin furnace w AC. It took about a day and a half to install. They were very efficient and provided step by step information along the way. Super helpful. My experience was successful. Scheduling was with a real person and responsive and friendly.

Michael your company let you down. Your product ranked in the budget area and some have ranked the product as number ten in the top ten. Whereas your price quote was the highest we received and certainly not a budget price quote. We appreciated the tips you gave us and will consider As You Wish for future projects. You represented your company very well and we appreciate that and we have no less respect for your company through this process.

Ozzy and Obet were great. They worked hard to save me from a busted old furnace. Now have a new furnace that's running and ready for the winter. Prompt response, they were thorough with explaining what they did. Furnace is now replaced and my butt is no longer freezing.

EDIT: I forgot to give thanks to the two others who initially came out and gave me the estimates. Michael and Nathan both were thorough with their investigations and explanations.

We had As You Wish come out and do several small jobs around our home including a new light fixture, grounding a bathroom outlet, moving the power for our range, and installing an EV charging port. Devon and David got it all done quickly, politely, and with minimal disruption.

David and Devon from As You Wish implemented a full panel upgrade in our home. They were incredibly professional and kept us informed throughout the day as power was cut and then restored. We were very satisfied with their work, commitment to safety, and being open to explaining their processes to a deeply curious 3 year old.
