Our Financing Options

• GreenSky Plan #2521: 12-Month SAME AS CASH – Deferred interest with NO monthly payments. Interest begins to accumulate from day one, however, is never owed if the loan is resolved prior to the completion of the 12-month promotional period. Interest rates are dependent upon conclusion of findings during the application process. This will be provided by GreenSky financing at your discretion.
• GreenSky Plan #2631: 18-Month SAME AS CASH – Deferred interest with monthly payments. Interest begins to accumulate from day one, however, is never owed if the loan is resolved prior to the completion of the 18-Month promotional period. Interest rates are dependent upon conclusion of findings during the application process. This will be provided by GreenSky financing at your discretion.
• GreenSky Plan #2739: 10-Year Long-term Financing with monthly payments. With an interest rate as low as 9.99%, this financing option offers a 120-Month agreement, providing a monthly payment suitable for any homeowner’s budget. There is NO prepayment penalty. For every $1,000 borrowed, you can expect a monthly payment of approximately $12.10.
